Bought 4 of these. Although a nice kit there are too many small parts.Hard to manage. Bulkhead ends should be one molded piece. Directions should contain more detailed illustrations/photos.

I agree with previous review. Instructions were incomplete (lacking figures corresponding to part #, as compared to other Tichy models.) My previous experience with flat car, gondola, & MOW car helped, but given small parts, better figures with part ID would have improved the experience.

This is hands down the best product for the money in the industry. You can be highly detailed or leave the extras off. Your choice. Use the wire grabons. You won’t regret it. Prototype accuracy with ease of assembly. Tichy is an awesome product line.

Car looks great! I added a full load of logs, and neatly added some weights in BEFORE i added the load. NMRA recommended practices in HO is 1 oz for the car and 1/2 oz per inch. So a " car weights 6c.5+1=4 oz... This is a good car for this job - and yes no reason to overly detail unless you are in a contest! Weather it and add your load - You'll be happy. I know I am.
